IT had a planned downtime for the EMR that would last 2-4 hours. Terri went above and beyond to ensure she understood the department downtime plan and resources. She not only asked great questions, but she then took that information to educate her staff and create packets for them to utilize. Terri was also present that night to observe and ensure her team was supported. Terri bought them all pizza and even invited the IT team. Her positivity was reflected by her team during their "downtime party" and the empowerment she showed by preparing herself and her team was truly above and beyond.
